All staff at Lincoln College are here as part of your Lincoln Community. They are all intent on seeing you reach your full academic and community potential and are keen to help you succeed in your endeavours along the way and once you’ve left.
Senior Staff are comprised of the Principal, the Dean, the Assistant Dean and the Senior Tutors. They are collectively responsible for the good running of the College afterhours and in particular for the academic, social, spiritual and physical wellbeing of all of you.
They have two teams of students that assist them in these processes: the Residential Corridor Tutors and the Student Wellbeing Officers. All Senior Staff live on site and are actively involved in academic pursuits alongside their roles at Lincoln College. They are approachable, happy to chat with you about your concerns and are all trained in referral and advice. Each member of the Senior Staff sits on College Committees and/or Council.
